Quite apart from the fact that we don't know which Elvis this question is about (the other principal suspect being Elvis Costello) ...
My first reaction, on hearing this question – and I know I wasn't the only one – was "a sh*t".
Seriously though, given enough time I could think of hundreds of things that Elvis Presley probably never gave at a concert. For example, I might be prepared to bet that he never gave a tip to the bouncers (or security, if you prefer).
And the answer given is not even correct, according to Wikipedia (citing Robert Gordon, The King on the Road (2005)): "A third [standing ovation] followed his encore, Can't Help Falling in Love (a song that would be his closing number for much of the 1970s)."
This is in reference to Elvis's first performance at the International Hotel in Las Vegas – his first in eight years, and the first of 636 performances that he would give at the same venue between 1969 and 1976.
